Rev. Richard Duncan
Pastor Richard Duncan has lived in the Panama City area for almost 25 years. He has served as the pastor of HSAC since April 2013. Richard is bi-vocational, owning a business with his wife. He has been married to Karen since 1992 and has 8 amazing children.
